He went beyond what was expected of his services multiple times, and provided invaluable advice and help throughout the project! My project was a kitchen renovation in a startup in the FiDi with strict building regulations. Michael gave advice from what type of product would be the most bang for our buck, to referring an architect to help us last minute with some building management requirements. I don’t have much knowledge of the renovation process or what it requires, and Michael was always willing to help answer my questions or help me figure out my concerns. The icing on the proverbial cake was his invaluable help when I hit a hiccup with the flooring. I had originally used another source for the flooring of my kitchen, but when it came to the day of install the other company could not get it together and their customer service reps were extremely unhelpful.
